Who We Are ## A veteran-led MSME, building India's solar plants Arrays Ingenieria was founded in 2018 by **Lieutenant General Ashish Ranjan Prasad (Retd)**, former Signal Officer-in-Chief of the Indian Army, after nearly four decades of military service. He set it up to give fellow veterans a **second innings**: a new mission, respectable work and a way to keep serving the nation. The press describes us the same way.
