## Lieutenant General A.R. Prasad (Retd)

AVSM, VSM, ADC, Ph.D · Former Signal Officer-in-Chief & Senior Colonel Commandant · Chief Executive Officer, INGENIERIA

In a rapidly changing world, the demand for sustainable energy solutions has never been greater. At Ingenieria, we stand at the forefront of this transformative era, blending the precision of engineering with the resilience and foresight honed through decades of military service.

Ingenieria is more than a company; it is a mission-driven organization committed to reshaping the renewable energy landscape. Our identity is deeply rooted in innovation and guided by values that have been the cornerstone of our leadership, discipline, integrity, and purpose. These principles drive us to excel not just in delivering projects but in crafting solutions that inspire trust, sustainability, and progress.

As a team comprised entirely of former military professionals, we bring a distinct approach to every challenge, strategic planning, decisive action, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications reflect these values, reinforcing our dedication to delivering quality while prioritizing environmental care and occupational safety.

But at Ingenieria, our vision extends beyond energy production. We see ourselves as architects of change, creating solutions that empower communities, advance businesses, and align with the global push toward sustainability. As we continue to grow, our focus remains steadfast: to lead with purpose, innovate without boundaries, and collaborate for impact.

With warm regards,
Lieutenant General A.R. Prasad (Retd), AVSM, VSM, ADC, Ph.D
