Civil works for a 9979 kWp (10 MW) ground-mount solar plant at DCM Textile in Hisar, Haryana.

The Project

## About the DCM Hisar, Haryana project

Tata Power issued Arrays Ingenieria the work order on 18 June 2021 for civil works at the 9979 kWp plant. Tata Power has since engaged the company for piling, civil works and installation on projects across India.

DCM has been a repeat site. In 2022 Tata Power Solar engaged Arrays Ingenieria for the installation & commissioning of the 2.1 MW rooftop plant at Hisar, with its CEIG approval, module cleaning system, canopy and conventional earthing.

In 2025-26 the company piled, installed and commissioned a further 500 kWp ground-mount plant at DCM Textile for Tata Power Renewable Energy.

## Challenges and How We Handled Them

### A repeat site over five years

DCM Textile's Hisar mill brought us back for civil works, a rooftop plant and a ground-mount plant between 2021 and 2025.

### Haryana's hard ground

Pile foundations with pile caps were designed for the site's soil and wind loads.

### Inspection and safety

CEIG approval and conventional earthing were part of the rooftop scope, so the plant was handed over inspection-ready.
