A 319 kWp rooftop solar plant for TCPL Greenery Agro, a Tata Consumer Products unit, at Bhagwanpur in Vaishali district, Bihar.

## About the TCPL, Bihar project

Dainik Bhaskar's Hajipur edition reported the plant on 3 April 2024 under the headline "भगवानपुर में सोलर पावर ग्रिड से 319 किलोवाट बिजली का होगा उत्पादन" (Bhagwanpur solar plant to generate 319 kW of power), including Arrays Ingenieria's work on the plant.

In 2024 Tata Power Solar engaged the company for the installation & commissioning of the 319.06 kW sheet-roof plant, its BOS materials, cable glands and lugs, and the module cleaning system services.

Bihar is home ground for the company: its branch office is in Madhubani.

## What Our I&C Scope Covered

The standard rooftop installation & commissioning scope we deliver to EPC majors' specifications, after the mandatory quality and safety training and contractor safety sign-off.

### Civil works

- Earth-pit chambers and covers (RCC/PCC)
- Foundations for inverters, ACDB, ITB and accessories
- Cable trenches at ground level

### Mechanical

- Lifting and handling of all material to the roof
- Module mounting structure installation on the sheet roof
- Module installation and interconnection
- Canopies for wall-mounted inverters and junction boxes

### DC side

- String wiring from modules to inverters, tagged and identified
- DC cables in conduit or tray
- MC4 connectors crimped male and female
- Array junction boxes

### AC side and protection

- Inverters and inverter terminal boxes
- AC distribution board (ACDB)
- LT AC cables in trays to the approved layout
- Reverse power relays installed and commissioned

### Earthing and lightning

- Earth electrodes and pits
- Earthing strips for structures, inverters and ACDB, including welding
